Message From the Practice

Dr. Welch is licensed as a physician and surgeon, as well as a dentist. His unique and extensive blend of education and training benefits patients by combining the very best that medicine and dentistry have to offer the surgical patient. He is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Earning board certification means that Dr. Welch must be of good moral character, show evidence of 1,000 surgical procedures and pass rigorous oral and written examinations. In addition, Dr. Welch has authored and co-authored more than 30 scientific presentations and is closely associated with the academic world. He was the coordinator of graduate residency training at Loma Linda University Medical Center.
